Each NEXO license can have one agent email account. Once created, the mailbox remains linked to the NEXO account and is reused after reinstalls or device changes.

The account includes IMAP and SMTP, so it is not an alias or a limited inbox.
The address cannot be renamed after creation; this prevents duplicates and keeps continuity.
If the user reinstalls NEXO or changes device, the backend detects the existing mailbox and configures it again.
Login incidents are checked from NEXO with real tests against the mail server.
