The account is created from Preferences, not from a technical panel.

Each NEXO license can have one agent email account. Once created, the mailbox remains linked to the NEXO account and is reused after reinstalls or device changes.

The user chooses the name

NEXO checks availability, suggests alternatives when needed, and confirms the mailbox before provisioning it.

The backend creates and validates it

The provider account is created and verified with real IMAP/SMTP login before it is marked active.

NEXO Desktop configures it

The mailbox becomes the assistant email account and can be used by the agent to read and send mail inside NEXO.
